Blacksmithing as usual, set one tire worked on some shafts and the bread cart foreward parts, played croquet and stayed with Wiggin all night, had a good chat.

Blacksmithing again set ten tires and fixed an old wagon’s, played croquet in the eve at Mr Daniels then came home and played the flute for the entertainment of the visitors here.

Blacksmithing again.  Set six tiers and drilled a good part of the time, chainyed [sic] a spring for Wheeler on his coach, played croquet with Daniels, got a letter from Lydia,  Susie Haynes and [Mrs] Mary.

Blacksmithing again.  Worked on an old butcher wagon and set six tiers, played croquet at Curtises in the eve then had a nice chat with Miss Childs, a visitor here.

Blacksmithing again, worked on a little of everything, set two tires with the rest, went to the Lodge and was elected W. C. for the next quarter.

Blacksmithing as usual, worked on horse cart shafts till we finished, then jobed the rest of the day.  Met the committee[e] to nominate offices at Mr. Clifford’s.  I with a great many others were present to see the night blooming [cereus] in [between].

Rested and got refreshed then went and had a nice time at the Sunday school.  Mr Allen teaching, then heard a nice sermon, then wrote a letter to my [Neme], then best of all went to our conference in which I took part.  Now I feel benifited [sic] by the sabath day [sic].
