Blacksmithing again, worked on an old express today and made some clasps and fitted them and did most every thing else.

Blacksmithing again, ironed a wheelbarrow and began on an old express wagon.  Wrote a letter to Sara, it has been a disagreeable day.

Blacksmithing again, ironed a portable top.  Went [to] Mrs Wiggins in the eve.  Recit a letter from Lydia.  I heard the band play and then went to bed.

Blacksmithing again.  I felt better this morning and thought I’d try work and I feel better still tonight.  I drilled a set of wheels and then went to work on a portable top.

Blacksmithing again, welded express set of new tires and not feeling very smart. I came home in the A.M. and went to bed. It is one of my old feverish turns.  Rec’d a letter from Sara.
